GILLIAN PIERCE IS AN EXPERT IN RELATIONSHIP COACHING AND COUPLES THERAPY
Gillian Pierce comes from a lineage of divorce, and has dedicated her life to stopping that cycle of pain by sharing the tools of healthy relationships with her clients. As co-founder of the Global Glue Project, she has interviewed OVER 50 couples from around the globe, documenting what it takes to stick together. Part of that work included facilitating “Glue Talks,” allowing her to pick the brains of relationship experts such as Terry Real, Stan Tatkin, and Esther Perel.
With over ten years of dedicated study, and thousands of hours of clinical work as a therapist, Gillian has witnessed the ups and downs of countless relationships. She has a masters degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Therapy, has become PACT Level 2 certified, and completed a nine-month coaching certification course with the Newfield Network.
Individual work is trauma-informed and tailored and focused to the needs of the client, respecting every person’s innate wisdom. Sessions may include psychoeducation, mindfulness tools, parts and reparenting work, relational work, and breathwork.
Couples work is focused on secure-functioning principles, neuroscience, and attachment. Couples work focuses on in the moment repair. Gillian is especially passionate about proactive and preventative work, helping couples build a solid foundation from the start.
Let your relationship be the best thing you do.
George is a Norwegian Fjord who loves horse packing and eating. He is a goofball and more like a dog than a horse. He is 10 years old and moved to Boulder from Wyoming.
Pipit is sensitive and has big feelings. She is 7 and is getting more used to people.
Goose loves her job as a therapy dog. She loves soft pillows, balls and being on her own program. Goose is about to turn 10 but acts like a puppy.
This photo above is where George and Pipit live in Boulder and where our outdoor sessions will take place.
The aspen leaf represents nature’s interconnectedness. The aspen root system connects an entire stand of trees into one organism and that connection is evident in the veins of the leaves. This symbol represents the life cycle of relationships and how a family tree contains the individuals within it, but also stands for something much bigger.
